Custom Aged Strat Pickup Set Hand Wound ALNICO 5/2 for Stratocaster Guitar

  

CROSSROADS 5/2 - HYBRID ALNICO STRAT ® SET. The combination of alnico 5 rod magnets on the lower three strings (E, A, D) and alnico 2 rod magnets on the high three strings (G, B, E) creates a smooth, well balanced output.

Punchy attack with well defined bass response on the lower register and warm swelling vintage tones on the upper register. No more need to compromise on either muddy bass response or harsh highs. These pickups come with aged alnico 5 rod magnets and aged screw heads (mounting hardware). In other words, the pickups will look right at home in an older or relic'ed guitar. BRIDGE: 7.0k, CCW, South Up. MIDDLE: 6.2k, CW, North Up.

NECK: 6.0k, CCW, South Up. DCR TOLERANCE: +/- 5% at 68°F (20°C).

POLE SPACING: 2 1/16 (52.2 mm). LEAD WIRES: Push Back Cloth. HARDWARE: Screws & Tube Springs. FLAT POLES vs VINTAGE STAGGERED POLES. Typically flat pole pickups will have more balanced output from string to string. The high E won't be as subdued and the G string won't overpower the others. Staggered pole pickups have a slightly more pronounced midrange.
