We're very excited to have Gronlund Guitars at Distinctive. James Greene is handcrafting incredible guitars at his workshop on the coast of Maine.

Greene combined his love for music and craftsmanship to design a unique line of instruments. Each Gronlund Guitar is rough cut from kiln dried hardwood. We have a stunning SC18, a single cut semi hollow set neck with a Honduran Mahogany body and bright resonant Ziricote top. The neck is made from Maine Hard Maple and there is a nice thick piece of African Ebony for the fingerboard. These woods add a wonderful sustain and rich balanced tone to the guitar.

The TonePros wraparound bridge is comfortable and stable. Get all kinds of jangly tones from the TV Jones Supertrons and semi hollow construction. The 59' C carve is an extremely comfortable shape, not too chunky and not too thin. The satin nitrocellulose lacquer adds that quick play feel and gives this SC18 an understated look.
