Beautiful rolling grain, Quilted/ pomelle African Sapele guitar set. Backs are irregularly shaped about 21.6 long, 8.6 wide, sanded to approximately 0.175.

Sides are 32 long, 5.8, sanded to approximately 0.155 thick. Beautiful dead quartered backs, sides are rift/flat. Sapele is not a true mahogaknee, but rather entandrophragma cylindricum, and sometimes marketed as an african mahogaknee, I personally find the figured nature of the wood reminscent of koa. I took the darker pictures with the flash on the camera since the 3-d nature of this wood is so hard to capture.
